COVID–19 Information Resource Page
As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and its impact continues to evolve, Greenwood Credit Union remains focused on the health and safety of our members, our employees, and our community. We are closely monitoring the latest news and reports for the State Department of Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the World Health Organization and taking all possible precautions to maintain the health of everyone.
Effective Thursday, March 19, 2020, to mitigate the spread of Coronavirus and preserve the health of our members and employees, we are temporarily limiting access to our branch lobby for all transactions that can be completed at our drive-up windows, ATM’s, or on-line banking.

Although we will be restricting the number of members in our lobby at any one time, we will do our best to serve you as quickly as possible.
We are, and will continue to be, open for business. We are simply closing our lobby in consideration of everyone’s health and well-being. Please be patient and confident that we are working as efficiently as we can to continue to serve all of your financial needs.
All normal teller line transactions can be completed at the drive-up window. Our ATMs are available to make withdrawals, deposits, and transfers. You can also use our online banking system to view transactions, check balances, transfer money, make payments, and more.
You can visit our website to apply for new loans or open deposit accounts without leaving home.
Our main goal is to continue to provide you with the excellent member service that you have grown accustomed to and we are committed to making that happen. Please do not hesitate to call us with any questions or concerns you may have and trust in the fact that we are here for you.

Dear Greenwood Credit Union Member,
Greenwood Credit Union takes the health and well-being of our members, employees, and the community very seriously.
Amid concerns of the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), the Credit Union will use this resource page to keep members informed and ensure members’ financial needs continue to be met.
It is important to note that access to your accounts remain uninterrupted. You may still visit our branch, although we do ask that if you have any of the following symptoms; fever, coughing, or shortness of breath, to please stay home and contact a medical professional.
The Credit Union has been taking the necessary steps to keep both our members and employees safe by:
- Having employees practice proper hand washing protocol.
- Daily cleaning and sanitizing of all offices and branches including counter surfaces, door handles, ATMs and more.
- Avoiding handshakes.
- Encouraging members to use electronic documents and forms in place of in-person communication, whenever possible.
- Encouraging use of the drive up teller and ATMs to complete banking transactions.
We also suggest that members review their banking practices. This would be a good time to look at the following tools and make sure you are able to utilize them:
- Are you enrolled in online banking with an active username and password?
- Are you enrolled in bill pay?
- Is your Debit Card activated and do you have a working PIN for purchases and ATM withdrawals?
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and evaluate additional measures to support our members and community as needs arise.
Continue to check this page as well as our Social Media accounts for updates.
